Phase 1

Fit and scope

Discuss goals, location, budget, timing, current conditions and whether the project fits WNC Built’s work.

Phase 2

Site and plan review

Review the existing property, drawings, systems, access, jurisdiction and the decisions still open.

Phase 3

Scope and selections

Set the work included, owner decisions, allowances and long-lead selections before the construction schedule is firm.

Phase 4

Proposal and contract

Review pricing, documents, schedule assumptions and responsibilities. The secure client workspace begins after contract.

Phase 5

Construction

Use the project manager and client workspace for updates, approvals, documents, estimates, invoices, payments and milestones.

Phase 6

Walkthrough and records

Review the finished scope and retain the project documentation in one place.

Why this process

Real-time transparency.

No surprises and no bait-and-switch pricing. Every WNC Built client gets access to a secure project workspace with real-time visibility into budgets, schedules, selections and daily progress, so you always know where the project stands and where every dollar goes.

Good construction starts before demolition.

Plans, selections, permits, access, long-lead materials and site conditions can affect the start. The planning phase exists to settle those dependencies before they become field delays.

Common questions

How project information is handled.

When does the client workspace start?

Clients receive access after the project contract is signed.

What can clients review?

The client workspace keeps scope, schedule, proposals, invoices, detailed line-item estimates, progress, updates, approvals, messages and project records together.

Does the client workspace replace the project manager?

No. Clients work directly with a project manager as their primary point of contact. The workspace keeps the records organized.
